We are committed to offering quality learning experiences. However, due to the nature of digital content and coaching, we have the following refund policy:


1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • You cancel within 72 hours of purchase.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • You have not received 1-on-1 personalized sessions yet.
2. Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to support@srajit.com with your registered email, phone number, and reason for cancellation.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • If course content is fully accessed or downloadable materials have been used.
  • After 3 days of purchase.
  • If the refund request is made after attending a live session or receiving personal mentoring.
